HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WARRANTY SERVICE FORTEC OFFERS!

For Warranty or Non-Warranty service either on Fortec receivers or motors do the following.  Click HERE and ask for a repair request form by e-mail.  When you e-mail us asking for the form describe your receivers symptoms or functions that are not operating properly.   You will then receive a reply e-mail from us with a form attached to the e-mail as an attachment.  When you receive the attachment download it, print it, fill it out and include it with your receiver following all the instructions provided in the form with 100% accuracy.  Failure to follow all the instructions will only delay the return of your receiver and automatically denies the warranty on your receiver resulting in your repair automatically referred to our alternate policies listed in our “Check It Out” page program.

Note! Read before sending your receiver to us!

It is your responsibility to know if your problem is in the receiver and not in your antenna system.  All repairs received not billable to Fortec Communications as a valid warranty repair automatically becomes your responsibility to pay directly to Techman Electronics!  So, If you are not 100% certain it is the receiver or motor at fault please contact the dealer you purchased the unit from to help you determine if it is a faulty receiver.  They will try to help you determine if the problem is your receiver or motor and not your system before you send it to us as a warranty repair.  However, it is still the your responsibility and not the dealers alone to determine this.  Therefore, after checking with your dealer for support, “If your problem still persists and you are not sure it is a valid warranty let me suggest you CLICK HERE and take advantage of our check it out service for remote troubleshooting of your system!”  Most likely it is cheaper than using a local troubleshooter.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS NOT PAID  WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE  DISPOSED  OF  AND  NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP!
