HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WARRANTY SERVICE FORTEC RECEIVERS HAVE!

For Warranty or Non-Warranty service either on Fortec receivers or motors do the following.  CLICK HERE and ask for a repair request form by e-mail.  When you e-mail us asking for the form describe your receivers symptoms or functions that are not operating properly.   You will then receive a reply e-mail from us with a form attached to the e-mail as an attachment.  When you receive the attachment download it, print it, fill it out and include it with your receiver following all the instructions provided in the form.  Failure to follow all the instructions will only delay the return of your receiver.

If you are not certain it is the receiver or motor at fault please contact the dealer you purchased the unit from to help you determine if it definitely is a faulty unit.  If they can not help you e-mail myself or don@fortecstar.com describing its symptoms.  We will try to help you determine if the problem is your receiver, motor or system before you send it in as a warranty repair.  However, it is still the customer’s responsibility alone to determine this.  It is impossible for us to be 100% accurate without being there looking at the problem hands on and that is not possible!  Therefore, after checking with your dealer for support then with Don and myself your problem still persists let me suggest you CLICK HERE and take advantage of our check it out services!
